Shipping policy

The standard delivery charge for orders within Australia is calculated at checkout based on the shipping location.

Please note bulky items may incur a higher postage fee and you will be contacted after purchase to organise the payment of this.

High Street Hero uses Australia Post or other courier services for deliveries; some of which require the parcel to be left at your door.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be despatched, especially during sale periods. Delivery times within Australia for standard post is 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery area and when your order is despatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched and your tracking number.
